My First Day As A Pharmacist. =)

Hi everyone!

I have just got a chance to update about my new phase of life.

It has been a bit hectic since my first day working.. (Hectic? not really.. =))

So let me share some of my experience with all of you.

Bila naik ke tingkat 4 di blok B tu, time tulis nama kat buku record, I was the 29th.. Meaning I was a bit late! Others were far earlier than me.. Time tu mula dah serabut..

Saya macam biasalah, masuk, senyum2.. heheh.. =p Time tu lebih kurang 5 minit sebelum pukul 9 pagi.

Nasib baik, urusan posting masih belum dimulakan.

Time buat voting tu memang mendebarkanlah..

Memang legalah time tu. Muka pun senyum sampai telinga. =p

Bila dah banyak sangat borang nak kena isi, mulalah rasa berserabut.. Hehe.. =p Tapi oklah, Kak Roslina was very kind and helpful melayan kitorg yang banyak bertanya ni.. =p

Masa tu malu gak lah, sebab saya selamba je g duduk kat kerusi Pn Maimunah.. Kan dah kene ketuk.. hehe.. =p Tapi biasalah, kata cemas.. hehe..

Rasanya macam banyak benda nak cakap, tapi masa tak mengizinkan, tetiba dah pukul 5 petang. Masa untuk balik!

Jadi kami pun dilepaskan. Baliklah dengan ceria ke rumah.

It was my first day of working as a Provisional Registered Pharmacist (PRP). Did I wrote 'working'? Hehe, sebenarnya tak mula kerja lagi pun kan..

Semua buat sekaligus. =p

So setakat tu je pengalaman hari pertama bekerja. Tak de gambar, sebab tak bawak kamera pun.

That's all for now, I will share more about my stories of working life in the other next posts. =)

Hi Anonymous,

I started working on 11 November 2011. Lapor diri at JKNJ and then go to the given hospital after lunch. That is considered the first day of working.

As for you, your lapor diri date is 2/9, but you can delay it until 1 month. Lapor diri at your convenience within 1 month.

Once you lapor diri, you are considered working and you need to find the accomodation concurrently.

So basically, as my friends coming from other states, they had been staying at hotel for around 1 to 2 weeks before getting a suitable house to rent.

So is that an advantage if i go on the first day of lapor diri? Like first come first serve basis? Because as mentioned in your blog you get to choose the hospital u want... So did u lapor diri on the first day of the date given as well?
Cz I don't wish to start working that fast, but I wanna get those hospitals in jb so I'm afraid if I lapor diri too late I can't get the hospital I want.
What would u recommend me to do? :)
Thanks in advance for replying!

Yes, it's an advantage to lapor direct earlier because the choice of hospitals are more, and hopefully you can choose your favourite hospital, based on availability.

Yup, I did lapor diri on the first day, so I managed to got the hospital that I wanted, HSI.

My recommendation, lapor diri on the first day, if you are concern about the hospital that you will get.

Don't lapor diri late, because it will affect your seniority in goverment service. The consequence is, you might get promoted a bit late than the others. And this means a lot to career and salary progress.

All the best. =)
